Featured here are the winners from the Zone of Focus abstraction category.

A half-dozen schools participated in this juried contest, now in its 11th year. Winners were selected in six different categories for digital and traditional photography.

A selection of the students’ work will be displayed May 7 through June 26 at the Sonoma County Museum in Santa Rosa. The museum will host an opening reception from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday May 6.

Thanks to Santa Rosa High photography teacher Tanya Braunstein for putting together the show and allowing Digitale Stories to display these striking works. Look for more winners in the coming days.
